MJS Packaging has a strong retail presence with both our Sprayco Consumer Products and Miamica brands. Our retail division is made up of experienced employees, like Alyssa, who help bring our products to market at well-known retailers throughout the nation.
Alyssa has a wealth of experience in retail, having worked in the apparel industry in her past roles. Her foundation in Women’s Ready-to-wear (RTW) and Children’s apparel has given her a great understanding of the manufacturing process. She flexed her skills in design and production and learned the importance of knowing the product, communicating quickly, and maintaining customer relationships.
POISED FOR SUCCESS
Alyssa was drawn to MJS Packaging because it would give her a chance to work in travel accessories and plastics. This fresh opportunity has allowed her to grow in the retail industry and take on new challenges.
As part of the MJS Packaging team, she works hard to ensure efficient order processing, providing accurate inventory management with minimal errors and on-time delivery. Putting the customers first means achieving high customer satisfaction. Alyssa knows the importance of delivering on order accuracy, tracking information, delivery options, packaging quality and communication.

“We’re always striving to be better and put our customers’ wants and needs first.” Working at MJS Packaging has opened Alyssa’s eyes to all the different components that go into spray bottles and travel accessories. Each component affects the manufacturing process and overall costs. There is a high level of involvement that is needed to get it right. Alyssa helped create a process for tracking the status of our new collections to avoid delays and optimize delivery time.
Weekly tracking management gives her a clear understanding of when our products will be ready and allows us to be efficient in offering ship dates for our customers. Operating with open communication and proactive planning with our retail partners gives them the best chance to increase their revenue. Alyssa focuses on maintaining a strong customer relationship to retain our customers.
