STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
In the world of customer service, inventory control, and freight distribution, Sheryl has really put her reps in. Managing orders and lead times has become muscle memory. She honed her skills in accounting and sales for almost two decades before joining MJS Packaging.
These experiences laid a strong foundation for her transition to MJS Packaging. Sheryl joined our team in 2021, and we are so glad to have her in our star-studded lineup as an Account Specialist.
STEPPING UP TO THE PLATE
In her daily role, Sheryl supports a diverse array of customers and works in tandem with our outside sales Account Executives. She has great sales experience, high attention to detail, and prioritizes commitment to customer relationships.
This enables her to place accurate orders and ensure timely, successful deliveries. Providing consultative excellence, creating personalized solutions, placing orders, and managing freight and logistics, are all areas where Sheryl shines.
COVERING THE BASES
With a diverse customer set, Sheryl enjoys the opportunity to provide packaging options for everything from chemical to food and beverage. “The pharmaceutical industry is very interesting in all the technical aspects that must be met to meet certain regulations and guidelines,” Sheryl states.
The entire Sales department works continuously to understand customer needs and align with their goals. “Every day I respond quickly to my customers’ requests,” says Sheryl. When supply disruptions happen, Sheryl quickly identifies alternative packaging solutions that can still arrive on time.
HITTING HER STRIDE
Sheryl is motivated to help our customers, finding ways to reduce packaging costs and lead times. We know how important it is for our customers to be able to fulfill their orders. Reliable and timely response advances their speed to market.
